OBDintell is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic before making decisions about your vehicle, especially for safety-critical repairs.
OBDintell offers a free tier that includes 3 diagnoses at no cost. After using your free diagnoses, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with OBDintell within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Vehicle diagnostics involves complexity and uncertainty. Our AI analyses the inputs you provide and generates ranked possibilities — it is not a definitive diagnosis. Always verify results with a qualified mechanic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBDintell and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, repair costs, personal injury or financial loss resulting from acting on our diagnostic suggestions.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of OBDintell shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, code and trademarks associated with OBDintell are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of OBDintell without our written permission.
Diagnostic feedback you submit (accuracy ratings and confirmed fixes) may be used by us to improve our AI model. By submitting feedback you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this data in anonymised form.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OBDintell shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where OBDintell operates.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of OBDintell after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
